Our Kale & Quinoa Burger like you've never seen it before!Combine all of your favourite crunchy greens with our Kale & Quinoa Burger and Sweet Potato Chunks to bring a taste of Hawaii to your table this summer.

Ingredients

  • Strong Roots Kale & Quinoa Burger
  • Quinoa
  • Sweet Potato Chunks
  • Edamame Beans
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Miso dressing
  • Tamari
  • method (tick as you go)

    Preheat your oven to 200C (400F). ⁠

    Pour Kale & Quinoa Burger onto baking tray and cook as per instruction on box.

    Cook the quinoa in boiling water following instruction on pack.

    Once cooked serve in bowl and drizzle with tamari.

    Add in your deserved combination of fillings, sweet potato chunks, edamame beans, avocado, grated carrot, cucumber.

    Drizzle with a miso dressing.
